User account rules: Do not leave hateful, vulgar, harrassing, violent, sexual or otherwise offensive comments on photos, in guestbooks, on blogs, or via email Do not post adult content into any public area of Glowfoto, any public album, in events, in floaters, or in slideshows Do not upload icons, avatars or profile pictures containing any sexual or violent material Do not upload any copyrighted material that you do not own If you violate any of the above rules, your account will be terminated immediately and without warning. 4. Do not upload any images that are illegal and/or are in violation of any United States Laws, or any Laws pertaining to digital content usage in the State of California and the United States Government. Doing so will result in the immediate termination of your ability to use Glowfoto™ or any of its provided services, as well as the deletion of any images that you have uploaded to Glowfoto™, effective immediately upon detection of any violations listed above, with perpetual duration. 5. Individual pictures which violate the Terms of Service will be deleted. If an image is deleted, do not attempt to upload it again. 6. Glowfoto and its owners and operators have full discretion in deciding which images remain on our servers. 7. Any content which is not suitable for all ages, or what may be referred to as not safe for work (NSFW) MAY NOT be uploaded, unless you are a premium member, in which case it may be uploaded to albums marked mature. Any adult or generally not safe for work images posted or uploaded to any public area of Glowfoto will result in the immediate termination of your account, and the prompt deletion of all of your uploaded images. We are very strict about this, and there are no exceptions to this rule. 8. Hotlinking: You may hotlink clickable thumbnails anywhere you like, but you are not permitted to modify the HTML or BBCode provided for you. You may hotlink thumbnail images on ANY message board or forum, as well as personal websites and auctions. You may not hotlink ANY images to websites which contain illegal materials or websites designated as "link farms". 9. All files uploaded are © their respective owners. All other content ©Glowfoto™. Glowfoto™ is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files. 10. Glowfoto™ reserves the right to remove any image(s) that we wish, for reasons including, but not limited to: excess bandwidth usage, illegal or controversial subject matter or harmful content, to be determined solely at our discretion. 11. Any violation of the above terms of service may result in the removal of your images from our servers, the termination of your Glowfoto account, and the removal of your ability to use Glowfoto.
